Writing for the web involves making the reader immediately understand what the post is about, but if I start telling a story the reader will only know the theme of the post at the end. Storytelling is a technique and as such it differs from the inverted pyramid. That's not to say that you can't create a story using the principles of the inverted pyramid: the title of Sammontana's video, for example, is intuitive and by reading it you immediately understand that what you see will be Sammontana's story. Beatrice Niciarelli As I mentioned above, I tend to partially Phone Number Datareveal what the final message will be by trying to anticipate it somehow in the title. I'll give a practical and famous example: "The story of a seagull and the cat who taught her to fly". Katia Anna CalabrĂ² The inverted pyramid is just a technique, as is storytelling, which I personally would prefer for flash news, to be consumed during lunch breaks, perhaps to keep up to date. – Marianna Guglielmino These are different techniques that adapt, in my opinion, to different contents. Alternating the various models can have a very positive effect, because even the user most fond of a certain style appreciates a breath of fresh air; furthermore, I believe that knowing how to choose the most suitable format for the content is an indicator of the "maturity" of the writer.
